Dell Command Update requires a default setting to be changed to include dock updates. I have two external screens, both using display port 1.4, I have one connected to the TB port on the dock and the other one to the display port, exactly the same way the image shows, but the one using the display port doesn't work for some reason, I tried the second screen using a usb-c to DP cable and it worked fine, but I need to do the same with the DP port on the dock for other reasons.ĭid someone have a similar problem with their dock? any tips is appreciated, thanks!ĮDIT: It started working out of nowhere, I have no idea why it didn't work before or how it got solved.NOTE: Your computer must be docked for docking station driver updates.
