Email that needs to be retained longer than the folder's retention policy should be moved to a subfolder to avoid deletion. Messages in the Deleted folder have a retention policy of 30 days, after which they will be automatically deleted. Messages in Inbox and Sent folders have a retention policy of 5 years.NOTE: External recipients may have smaller limits that may prevent delivery. This limit includes the message and any attachments. Individual messages have a limit of 35 MB.Once you reach this limit, you will be prohibited from sending and receiving email. (see screenshot below) The alias at the top of the list with (primary alias) at the end and without a Make primary link is your current primary alias. Under Add an alias, do one of the following: Create a new email address and add it as an alias. 2 Under Account aliases, click/tap on the Make primary link to the right of an added email alias you want to be your primary alias. Sign in to your Microsoft account, if prompted. Your mailbox has a total size limit of 25 GB. Personalize Account - By default, your email address is set to your UMKC You can choose one additional email address based on your name to add to your mailbox.
